PLW-PMA Synopsis
In August of 2022, People of the Lawful Way (PLW-PMA) became a lawful entity known as a Private Membership Association (PMA) for the purposes of protecting its members’ 1st, 4th, 5th, and 14th Amendment rights to privacy, freedom from unreasonable search and seizure, and freedom of speech as it relates to their interactions with the Judicial & Governmental Organizations that now exist.
As a private association, we no longer function in the public domain (as an LLC or other type of ‘corporation’) yet continue to operate in good legal standing as a private entity with the benefit of fewer restrictions.
Explicit Purpose
- We will gather as friends, in trust with all, as a gift from each other, to each other, for each other. We do this for the express purpose of exploring, discussing, and learning about protecting and stewarding ‘property’ through sacred honor. We will do this by examining LAW, history, the history of LAW, rights, titles and interests – both sacred and lawful. Sometimes we will explore ‘at-LAW’.
Members
- Living men and women of all ages with a completed Member Agreement including sufficient ‘gift/consideration’ as described within the details of the agreement and accepted by a PLW-PMA co-founder.
Member Agreement
- The private, unincorporated trust agreement between the PLW-PMA and a member of the PLW-PMA.
Good Standing
- A man or woman granted a Member Agreement, while remaining in honor and in accordance with the Member Agreement and Laws of the PLW-PMA who has not breached the trust arrangement established within said agreement and laws.
- A member shall be conditionally granted certain rights and interests in the PLW-PMA, year to year upon PLW-PMA acceptance of the Member Agreement that includes gift/consideration.
- Due to the cumbersome legislative and regulatory burdens involved, we are not licensed to service federal or state agents, officers, employees, and dependents, nor those of any federal or state franchise. Let it be known that active members of any B.A.R., American or otherwise, and/or judicial system must be prepared for extreme vetting. Therefore, participate at your own risk.

- Engaging in discussions of how to present Lawful Claims and/or Lawful Defenses if a member’s ‘hair is on fire’ and he/she may be facing judicial actions…in other words – we counsel members of our community in how to successfully navigate the current judicial system.
- Learning procedures and processes of the legal system so that we can successfully ‘stand on our square’ should we find our self in a courtroom.
Studying definitions and synonyms of the words used in the legal system.
Let it be known, the co-founders of PLW-PMA reserve the right to amend these offerings. And, if amended, each member will receive notification of the amendment(s).
