Membership Agreement: People of the Lawful Way is a private membership association (PLW-PMA) for those of mankind only, to share knowledge of law and how to be free in the world; the association is hosted by we three men; Jeffrey Steven, James Patrick & Robert Earl; annual membership is a gift/consideration of $25.00* [initial 1st year membership fee is waived for Maui Conference 2023 attendees]; membership provides exclusive access to a range of knowledge, property and time [“outlet(s)”]; all activities through or within the PLW-PMA occur within the private domain only; your gift/consideration confirms your acceptance to the agreement of membership and laws of the PLW-PMA;

Affirmation:
I, enter into this agreement of my own free will; I, choose to establish this agreement between I, and the men, Jeffrey Steven, James Patrick & Robert Earl;
I, agree to be responsible for my own actions and for the consequences of how I, apply any of the knowledge I, gain here;
I, attest that my actions on this and any subsequent visit to the outlet(s) of PLW-PMA or to any event or place provided with the PLW-PMA (including electronic communications) are by I, in my own right and private capacity as a man/woman, and not as an agent or representative for any governmental or non-governmental agency or organization (such as the B.A. R.) whose purpose is to enforce a legal code, act or statute where no man or woman has been harmed; I, affirm that I do not represent any Local, State or Federal agency whose purpose is to regulate and approve products or services, or to carry out any mission of enforcement, entrapment or investigation; I, personally indemnify Jeffrey, James & Robert should I trespass on this agreement; I, will become immediately liable to pay compensation under this agreement, in the amount of $100,000.00 plus $1.00/minute the trespass continues;
I, agree not to share, copy, reproduce, or sell any of the property offered here, without first obtaining the explicit written consent of the man and/or woman who did create it;
If I come into dishonor by sharing, copying, reproducing, or selling any of the property offered here, without first obtaining the explicit written consent of the man/woman who did create it then I am liable to pay compensation under this agreement, in the amount of $10,000.00 plus $1.00/per minute the trespass continues;
I, agree to act according to law, and not to engage in abusive, violent, irresponsible, menacing, destructive or harassing behaviour toward any other man or woman who does participate in the PLW-PMA, lest my membership be dismissed, and access to all time and/or property by or through the PLW-PMA cease;
I, agree to and ‘wet’ signature this agreement, without coercion, in exchange for access to the benefits offered by and through the PLW-PMA, and do acknowledge that I, have read, understand, and agree to the laws of the PLW-PMA.

* acceptable gift(s)/consideration(s) is to be either a USPS postal order or fiat currency or equivalent in silver bullion
** Signature - When you write your name always in the same way, to indicate that something is of your property (intellectual or physical) or that you agree
with something.
*** Autograph - when referring to a document that has been written in the author's handwriting…simply put, the person who created the document is the
one who writes or rewrites it.
